We rely on tools, methods, and perspectives that stem from both Western and Eastern approaches as well as the traditional and non-traditional including Tantra, Shamanism, Buddhism, Taoism, Magdalene work, Qi Gong, Trans-Himalayan esoterics, attachment theory, systems theory, and somatic embodiment practices.
